The Afghanistan TPS Act of 2026 would designate Temporary Protected Status for Afghanistan, protecting Afghan evacuees in the United States, including wartime allies with ongoing SIV applications. Now, Rep. Crow has filed a discharge petition to bring this legislation up for a vote in the House of Representatives. We need 218 Representatives to sign this petition and force the vote.

We need your help to ask your member of Congress to sign the discharge petition for the Afghanistan TPS Act of 2026.

You can find your Member of Congress here.

Write to Your Member of Congress:

Dear Representative [XXX- Insert the Member’s Name-XXX],
