proGRAMS
Car Loan Program
Up to $10,000, 0% interest, 60-month repayment.
For allies without a U.S. credit history, capital is often the single biggest barrier to stability. NOLB's car loan program lets SIV holders secure reliable transportation with no interest charged, ever. Since founding the program in 2020, NOLB has issued over $850,000 across over 350 loans.
Resettlement Form
America's Allies Scholarship Program (AASP)
In partnership with the Afghan Future Fund, NOLB launched AASP in October 2025, the first scholarship program designed exclusively for Afghan and Iraqi SIV holders. The program received more than 800 applications in its first year and awarded $110,000 to 21 recipients, with individual scholarships of up to $15,000.

Emergency Financial Assistance
For needs that don't fit a loan application, NOLB provides direct emergency grants covering housing, medical care, and food security for newly resettled allies. In 2025, NOLB disbursed $255,878 in emergency grants to 400 allies.

NOLB's loan program is expanding. The program is active in 35 states plus the District of Columbia, and will continue to grow.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must hold a valid Special Immigrant Visa (SIV).
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and provide a copy.
- Must submit documentation and proof of intended purchase.
- Must complete the online application through our Request for Resettlement Assistance Form.
